At the very young age of 26 Carrie Rich, CEO and Co-Founder of Global Good Fund, experienced first-hand what it was like for someone of a senior position to see something special in her and become her mentor. That experience made her feel valued, heard, & like she could do anything. It also sparked her #pivot2purpose epiphany that if everyone had the opportunity to have a real mentor in a strategic way, they would have an additional edge to succeed at anything they chose to do as well...and so GGF was born.
